Job Title : Director of Innovation

Location : Discovery Platform designed to identify natural, native, and sustainable feed additive solutions and animal health in poultry and aquaculture, contributing to a more economically viable future.

Aviwell is seeking a strategic and technically adept Director of Innovation to coordinate and animate the development and innovation of our Aneto Discovery Platform. This role is not focused on direct team management, but rather on facilitating collaboration across data-driven product discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders to drive innovation and commercialization.
• Working with scientists, data analysts, and bioinformaticians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Engaging with academic partners to accelerate innovation and optimize development pathways.

Minimum Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Familiarity with feed additives, animal health, or microbiome research is an advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for feed additives and animal health products (EU).
