PT Indobamboo Lestari is seeking a skilled, outgoing and motivated Business Analyst to complement their team, based in Bali, Indonesia. The Business Analyst will report to the General Manager as well as the overall P4G Grant Supervision team to help structure and execute the various activities of the grant, keep to its budget and report them effectively. This role is contractual and requires a highly organised and efficient individual to guide the growth and direction of the company. He / She / They will also be working closely with our factory and production team to ensure the highest customer relations quality through their project(s).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the General Manager to activate and follow up on the projects in relation to the P4G grant and investment readiness.
• Deliver accurate and effective projections or solutions to help sustain the business, preparing it for Series A investment readiness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery to clients. These are the most important global objectives for the grant to be successful.
• Working with the Sales & Partnerships Manager, collect, analyze and prepare detailed data for financial growth and overall business development. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and optimize sales outcomes.
• Develop a clear business strategy / pipeline and plan to grow the company pre and post investment.
• Collect and prepare investment due diligence documents for potential investors and partners.
• Oversee the project timeline, deliverables and partnerships objectives throughout the duration of the project.
• Prepare and develop creative presentation decks and pitches.
• Be the project manager for the P4G Grant and work closely with our Administrative Partner to execute the grant and achieve the various objectives.
• Alongside the General Manager, represent the company at relevant events (incl. The P4G Summit).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or Sales is a must. A Master’s degree in the above disciplines is ideal.
• A background in manufacturing or product sales is highly desirable. A strong network construction and project development is also an advantage.
• Fluency (both written and spoken) in Bahasa Indonesia and in English are a must. Proof of English language level might be asked. The grant is executed in English and therefore requires someone who is confident in their English language skills.
• Confident leadership skills to manage a small team of individuals.
• Strong communication skills, and striving to work with the highest levels of honesty and clarity at all levels of the project.
• Diligent attention to detail and a dedicated work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently as well as a team player, so as to push for the best outcome on all ends of the projects.
• Be organized and responsive in order to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent people skills to work efficiently with our various partners and clients.
• Have a passion and a keen interest in developing and advocating for the use of sustainable materials and practices.
• Software : Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools like Asana and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
