Senior Creative Project Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Lead to take charge of complex creative projects from concept to delivery across animation, video, and primarily - design. You’ll lead the project lifecycle—strategising with clients, guiding creative teams, and ensuring our work consistently delivers both impact and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary creative projects across design, animation and video content
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, owning communications and timelines
• Translate briefs into actionable plans, balancing creative vision with production realities
• Collaborate with creative directors, animators, designers, and producers to bring concepts to life
• Oversee timelines, resources, budgets, and quality control
• Drive internal alignment across departments, keeping teams on track and projects moving smoothly
• Mentor and guide junior team members in process and creative thinking
• Present and pitch creative ideas and solutions with confidence and clarity

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a creative agency or production environment, ideally in a senior project management or producer role
• Deep understanding of animation and video production workflows
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Slack, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia
