We are looking for experienced and motivated CRAs to join our sponsor-dedicated team!

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be fully dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients focused on oncology studies. This exclusive partnership offers a culture of innovation, flexibility, and collaboration to bring life-improving treatments to market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full ownership of investigator sites from study initiation to close-out
2. Conducting feasibility, site selection, interim, and close-out visits
3. Building strong relationships with investigator site staff to meet key clinical metrics
4. Attending investigator meetings, ensuring proper shipment, storage, and accountability of clinical supplies
5. Monitoring data integrity and compliance with clinical trial guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

1. Stable experience as a CRA within a pharmaceutical company or CRO
2. Strong expertise in Oncology (other Phase II-III commercial trial experience is also valued)
3. Experience in RBM/RBQM (Risk-Based Monitoring & Quality Management)
4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
5. Strong IT skills and ability to multitask under pressure
6. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
7. Minimum 24 months of independent external monitoring of commercial oncology studies
8. Work format: Hybrid model with 1-3 days/week at the client’s office (office-based, not on-site monitoring days)
