As part of the Solution Delivery & Implementation team, and reporting to the Team Lead, the Senior Client Implementation Manager is responsible for the complex implementation of Lemonway’s solutions for strategic customers from the kick-off to first transactions.
Responsibilities
- As the main point of contact, lead complex implementation of Lemonway’s products, from contract signature by the Sales team to the actual use of our solutions, following existing processes.
- Be responsible for our top strategic customers' implementation with complex payment schemes.
- Understand customer complexity and business value to design their payment strategy, architecture, and end-users journey, and align the right external and internal stakeholders.
- Support the payment transformation of our strategic customers by following their API integration, advising on payment processes and our regulatory rules.
- Collaborate with the product team on pilot implementation, document new implementation processes, and communicate product/tech feedback from customers.
- Work with our sales team to create customized and modular offers to address our customers' payment complexity.
The ideal candidate for this role will be client-oriented, tech-savvy, and a payment expert with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and project management role, ideally in a Fintech company.
- Previous experience in the payment, banking, or finance industry, using APIs is a big plus!
- Master's in (International) Business Management/Project Management.
