Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting, the Sr. Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst will provide specialized BI and Reporting expertise and support for Canadian Personal Banking Production and Automation Teams. This role is considered a subject matter expert in BI and Reporting and is accountable for the development, adoption and ongoing evolution of a best-in-class reporting and/or BI capabilities and also deliver on ad-hoc requests and projects as assigned. This role will deliver reports, dashboards, scorecards with key metrics, visualizations, insights, and commentary to provide a comprehensive and holistic view of our businesses.

Business Intelligence and Reporting experience (business-as-usual as well as ad-hoc).
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with team members and build strong relationships within and across teams, peers, and business partners.
Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility.
Support development and/or implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency and effectiveness.
Graduate or undergraduate degree in quantitative discipline such as management analytics, statistics, mathematics, operations research, economics, computer science, or engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in an Analytic role with a Financial Institution.
Highly skilled in the use of Databricks, SQL, PySpark.
Experience manipulating large volumes of complex data from disparate sources.
