Senior Area Sales Manager- Landscape

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop best-in-industry sales team.
• Work closely with Specification and Marketing team to support sales growth objective.
• Manage the distribution network necessary for growing product & service sales.
• Establish positive and long term relationships with key stakeholders at distributor and contractor level.
• Recommend and implement differentiating sales strategies, programs and promotions.
• Manage product launches, promotion and other customer activities.
• Be the advocate for the customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in sales, including key account and sales team management.
• Minimum 5 years management experience with proven record to inspire and motivate.
• Demonstrated success & experience in B2B sales environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, in French and English.
• Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and tactical execution.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of work schedule.
