As a SEO Manager DACH, you will be part of Wecasa’s Acquisition & CRM team, reporting directly to Sébastien, Lead SEO Manager. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-growing team structured into four specialized areas:
Customer SEO: Driving organic growth in France, the UK, and now the DACH region (this is your future role!).
Professional Acquisition: Attracting new service professionals to Wecasa’s platform.
Web & App Analytics: Focused on data-driven insights and performance tracking.
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct semantic audits: Identify high-value keywords, analyze competitors, and define content strategies for each keyword type.
Develop and execute a strong SEO content strategy to boost organic traffic and conversion.
Manage the editorial calendar, integrating insights from AI and competitor analysis.
Optimize content using SEO best practices: Improve keyword targeting, optimize for Top 3 rankings, featured snippets, and People Also Ask (PAA) results.
Set up SEO performance tracking tools to monitor KPIs and create monthly reports.
Design and implement a robust backlink strategy to strengthen Wecasa’s domain authority.
Optimize internal linking structures to enhance site navigation and improve search rankings.
Work closely with our SEO agency to identify and implement technical improvements that impact SEO performance.
Ensure site speed, web performance, and structured data are optimized.

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, either in an agency or in-house.
You will be responsible for co-developing and leading the SEO strategy for the DACH market.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog.
Familiarity with CMS: WordPress, Prismic.
Comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating with different teams.
Fluent in German & English. Fluency in French is a plus.

Salary: €35K – €45K (depending on experience).
