Responsibilities:

• Policy and Governance: Develop and maintain IT security policies and frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Audits and Compliance: Conduct security audits and ensure adherence to regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
• Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Incident Response: Lead cybersecurity incident detection, investigation, and resolution efforts.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT security professionals, fostering a culture of security awareness.
• Technical Security: Oversee security systems and ensure robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to align security strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on security trends and propose enhancements to the security posture.

Requirements:

• Education and Certifications: Degree in IT or Business with certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 (preferred).
• Work Experience: 5+ years in IT security, with expertise in audits, compliance, and project delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in security for cloud and on-premise systems, networking, and incident response.
• Risk and Governance: Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance standards.
• Behavioral Competencies: Effective communicator with leadership skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Project Management: Experience leading security projects and managing teams across diverse geographies.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
