Job Title: SAP Tester / QA Automation Engineer (SAP CRM)

Location: Remote in EUROPE
Employment Type: Contract until EOY with potential extension opportunities available
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our SAP CRM development team. You will work closely with SAP functional consultants, ABAP developers, Scrum Masters, and the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CBTA automation, testing strategies, and a strong analytical mindset to enhance our SAP CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SAP CBTA automation scripts for comprehensive testing.
2. Create composite tests by stitching multiple test cases together.
3. Utilise Test Data Containers and work with variable-driven test executions.
4. Perform automated testing using SAP Solution Manager for test executions.
5. Validate SAP CRM functionality, including Provisioning Orders, Order Submissions, Fulfilment Status, and ODI steps.
6. Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless system integration and process validation.

Your Experience & Skills:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
2. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
3. Experience in E2E integration testing or system testing in a complex IT environment.
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
5. Exposure to performance testing and security testing is a plus.
6. Experience working with cross-border teams in an English-speaking environment.

Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with SAP system testing (SAP CRM, S/4HANA experience is a big plus).
2. Proficiency in QA automation tools for front-end, back-end, and integration testing.
3. Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, E2E testing, usability, accessibility, compatibility, localisation, and API testing.
4. Ability to collaborate with development teams to detect, analyse, and resolve software issues.
5. Analytic mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
6. Solid experience in functional testing, QA metrics, planning, and test case design.
7. Experience with SAP CRM BRIM (Hybris Billing) is a significant advantage.
8. Ability to define and implement QA strategies within a project.
9. Experience leading a team of QA engineers.
