In the context of the future HR-Payroll solution, our client is looking for an IT Program Manager having the capacity to lead from Kick-off until Closure.
The program scope is worldwide, including:
- Service provider replacement
- Internalize the "time management" service in DT HR platform to support the HR Targeted Operating Model
- Support the Simplification & standardization roadmap of HR
- Simplify the current infrastructure for time management
- Time Management and Evaluation are to be migrated to the client’s SuccessFactors tenant and use all the existing capacity from SF Time module.
This is a mission for a pure Program Manager, with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Experience in solutions/applications dedicated to HR Payroll systems is needed, especially SuccessFactors.
Mastership of Program Management is mandatory, such as:
- Governance definition
- Scope refinement
- SME coordination
- Workloads and costs management
- Risks management
- Reporting Project status
- Managing Steering Committees
- Budget monitoring
- Capacity to sort out Issues and manage escalations
- Critical thinking, great attention to detail
- Team coordination (project members and contributors) in a Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) approach are necessary skills.
- Capacity to get things done on-time in a collaborative team environment, across multi sites, multi time zones organization (in English mainly) is crucial.
