Our client, a boutique investment bank specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and growth financing, partners with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investment funds to deliver high-success-rate transactions. They are seeking a highly motivated professional to join their team and play a key role in executing deals.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage M&A processes from origination to closing, ensuring seamless deal execution.
• Conduct in-depth financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation assessments.
• Work closely with clients to structure transactions, optimize deal terms, and navigate negotiations.

Requirements :

• Several years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, or Corporate Finance at a consultancy, boutique, or mid-sized advisory firm.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and execution capabilities with a proactive mindset.
