Brief Summary of Role :

As a Salesforce Technical Lead you would be responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Ensure best practices in coding and deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. 7 years in Salesforce
  2. Worked in 2 – 3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects as a Technical Lead managing a team of a minimum of 5 – 7 developers.
  3. Ability to work independently with Scrum Master / Product Owner / Business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the team to complete the sprint on time.
  4. Strong knowledge of custom Salesforce development including Apex, Aura, Process Builder, Flow, LWC, Visualforce, basic administration, reporting & general design concepts.
  5. Mandatory Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, SFDC Health Cloud & SFDC Experience Cloud experience.
  6. Expertise in DevOps best practices, CI / CD, and deployment for an IT organization of enterprise scale, either with Salesforce-specific tools like Copado or Git, Bamboo, etc.
  7. Develop and maintain custom solutions on the force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce.
  8. Develop and support new apps using the Lightning framework for internal and external users.
  9. Maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, lists of values, migration plans, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements.
  10. Assess the impact of proposed changes and recommend alternative solution choices, determining trade-offs and impact analysis.
  11. Support the Customer’s integration program. Work with integration leads on processes moving data between Salesforce and other third-party solutions such as marketing automation or ERP.
  12. Communicate effectively with IT leaders and/or business users on the status of projects.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from CAD [$130,000] to [$155,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
