We are recruiting a Sales Representative for our partner, a leading company in the manufacturing of plastic packaging solutions.

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing the growth of new customer accounts and supporting the expansion of sales in the flexible packaging markets.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed budgetary targets.
• Prepare, plan, and execute a sales strategy.
• Prepare quotes, price proposals, and present them to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in collaboration with the management team.
• Advise clients on product design and features.
• Work with our customer experts on product design and specifications.
• Organize, coordinate, and assist clients with transitioning to the company.

Skills and qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, specifically in the flexographic printing industry, with strong expertise in laminating.
• Mandatory knowledge of the lamination printing process for the Canadian and U.S. markets.
• Proven experience in selling high-end products in the printing and converting industry.
• Bilingual and self-sufficient.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools to track client interactions and sales progress.
