Our client, an important Italian Group leader in the Food sector and internationally recognized, is currently looking for a :

Who will report directly to the Country Sales Manager and will help the company to develop and improve the commercial strategy in the area.

Main activities :

  • Grow the distribution, promo efficacy, and rotations in the area.
  • Apply the commercial strategy with goals and monitoring on a quarterly basis: implement national or regional promotions in direct stores in line with national agreements and enhance the local strategy.
  • Set up new listings at points of sale in accordance with range priority guidelines.
  • Open new direct accounts.
  • Visit Carrefour stores in the area to check the assortment and resolve local issues.
  • Implement trade marketing activities in the regions, collaborating with the Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Work towards monthly sales targets.
  • Utilize the internal BI system to analyze customer trends.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or University Degree.
  • Previous experience in Field Force or Merchandising roles is a plus.
  • Passion for the food industry.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Flexibility.
  • Goal orientation.
  • Open-mindedness.
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Location : Alsace or Lorraine regions.
