Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to oversee the entire sales process and ensure seamless payment collection and processing. As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing client payments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and monitor payments and transactions through your Stripe account.
2. Ensure smooth processing of customer payments, including instant payouts.
3. Provide daily sales reports and performance analysis.

Requirements :

1. To qualify, you need a Stripe account with Instant Payouts enabled (required).
2. Strong understanding of sales strategies and payment systems.
3. Excellent communication and availability to manage sales daily (remote).
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Highly organized with attention to detail.

Compensation :

1. Competitive percentage up to 10% with bonuses for exceeding daily payouts.
2. Commission-based pay with the potential to earn up to $65,000 based on your instant payout limits.
