Sales Manager - Property

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Property with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor to drive property sales in Bali to international clients.

Location: Bali, Indonesia
Status: 1-Year Contract (with potential for permanent employment)

Requirements:

• Neat and professional appearance.
• Bachelor's degree with experience as a Sales Manager, specializing in selling villas, apartments, or properties to foreign clients in Bali.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possesses a strong and charismatic personality, ideal for a sales-oriented role.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to meet organizational goals.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
