Our client is a leading medium-sized company in the packaging production sector with an excellent reputation. With a long-term strategy and its innovative product portfolio, this company is one of the top suppliers and a trusted partner for its customers with a focus on the food and pharmaceutical industries. As part of our client's current growth strategy and to further expand its market share in France, we are looking for you as Sales Manager France (m/f/v).

Main Tasks:

  • Independent care of existing customer base with a sales volume of more than € 10 million.
  • Expansion of market share through targeted expansion of activities with existing customers and structured acquisition of new customers.
  • Development and implementation of market strategies to achieve the set sales targets.
  • Close liaison with customers in all phases of the sales process, from the enquiry to the drafting of the contract to the on-schedule order processing.
  • Ensuring that earnings and profitability targets are met in the set product area by consistently implementing the pricing and margin policy.
  • Permanent market and competition observation as well as valuable impulse generator for product and assortment policy and sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in a business administration field or equivalent qualification through acquired professional experience and corresponding training programs.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales in the foil industry, primarily in the field of thermoforming films or menu trays.
  • Convincing communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative liveliness in successfully developing the market and oneself.
  • Business fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Willingness for regular business travel within the region as well as to the German headquarters.
