Principales responsabilités:

• Gérer, développer et comprendre les besoins des clients, effectuer des visites régulières de ces comptes et établir, maintenir et gérer des relations avec des contacts clés à tous les niveaux;
• Négocier les prix et les volumes avec les clients afin de maximiser le rendement de l’entreprise;
• Rechercher, analyser et développer de nouveaux comptes, en favorisant les ventes du portefeuille de produits en ligne avec les stratégies de l’entreprise;
• S’entendre et atteindre les budgets de vente annuels avec le Business Manager.
• Recueillir, analyser, interpréter et présenter des données sur le marché, les produits, les concurrents et l’industrie afin de permettre le développement de la stratégie business de l’entreprise;
• Visiter et représenter l’entreprise lors de foires commerciales, d’expositions et de conférences;
• Surveiller et examiner de près les modalités de paiement par rapport au portefeuille de clients, en veillant à ce que les modalités et méthodes de paiement soient respectées, en maintenant le risque commercial au minimum.
• Veiller à ce que les modalités de paiement et les incidences sur les flux de trésorerie soient prises en compte au moment de la négociation pour toutes les activités nouvelles et existantes.
