Sales Manager
Sales Manager – Europe - Nutraceuticals
Location: Home-based with travel across the region

The Job:
A dynamic and rapidly growing company, leading in the distribution of high-quality raw materials within the Nutra ingredients industry, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join their European team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s expansion across Europe, while building strong customer relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales and manage key customer relationships across Europe.
  2. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the European Head of Sales.
  3. Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall company goals.
  4. Engage regularly with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  5. Develop tailored product proposals and solutions for clients, in collaboration with internal teams.
  6. Plan and execute customer engagement activities, such as exhibitions, client visits, and product demonstrations.
  7. Collaborate with operations to maximize sales margins and optimise costs.
  8. Represent the company’s values and uphold its high standards in all customer interactions.

The Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra ingredients / Nutraceuticals industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the European market dynamics and customer base.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  6. Fluency in English and at least one other European language is preferred.

  1. Competitive salary circa €85,000 with performance-based bonus.
