About the Role:

1. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key independent retailers and support on some of the most established retailers in France.
2. Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities, helping to drive growth and brand awareness.
3. Field Sales: Travel nationally to engage with retail partners, store managers, and buyers, delivering sales strategies that enhance brand presence and sales.
4. Strategic Growth: Contribute to the brand’s ambitious plans by collaborating with internal teams to optimise sales performance and market expansion.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Will currently be in a Field Sales Executive or Sales Executive position within a consumer goods business.
2. Has experience in field sales with confidence both in building on existing relationships as well as identifying and winning new business.
3. Has a proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business development.
4. Is willing to travel across France!
