Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Responsible for the sales development of the Danfoss Climate Solutions High Pressure Pumps' Product Portfolio in alignment with the overall strategy.
  2. Identify and visit prospect and new customers mainly on indirect channel, such as Wholesalers, OEMs, Contractors, and Installers.
  3. Continuous visits to Wholesalers, OEMs, Contractors, and Installers in the assigned area, providing technical product presentations according to the agreed action plan.
  4. Project quotations and negotiation until order placement.
  5. Customers forecasts and account planning.
  6. Sales agreements negotiation.
  7. Organization/participation in exhibitions, seminars, and meetings according to the agreed plan with the direct manager.
  8. Continuous analysis of competitors' pricing, solutions, and market penetration (market intelligence).
  9. Oriented to provide value-added technical solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  1. Technical and/or Economical education (Engineering master’s degree will be considered a plus).
  2. Fluent in French, very good level of English.
  3. Knowledge of commonly used software and applications (e.g., SAP, BI, Salesforce, Office, AutoCAD, and others).
  4. Experience (up to 3 years) in Cooling business and energy efficiency, either designing systems or selling components. Knowledge of high pressure water systems applications is a must.
  5. Knowledge of existing indirect sales channels and stakeholders is a must.
  6. Strong commercial sense and good presentation skills.
  7. Business-minded and goal-oriented.
  8. Existing network among most relevant Wholesalers, Contractors, and Installers.
  9. Team player.
  10. Willing to travel.
