We're seeking a Sales Engineer / Solution Architect to join our collaborative team and help shape meaningful solutions for our clients.

What you will do

As a Sales Engineer / Solution Architect, you'll work closely with our sales team and customers to co-create solutions that meet their unique needs. You'll be at the heart of designing innovative services that empower businesses, ensuring our clients achieve their full potential.

1. Transformative Technologies: Adaptive Networks (Ethernet, SD-WAN, SSE), Cloud Services, Voice Solutions, and Professional Services.
2. Collaboration: Partnering with sales teams and customers to understand their business goals and translate them into tailored technical designs.
3. Customer Impact: Helping businesses make informed decisions by demystifying technology and presenting clear, actionable solutions.

• Listen and Learn: Build relationships with customers to understand their unique challenges and goals.
• Design and Recommend: Craft high-level solutions that align with customer objectives and integrate seamlessly into their operations.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with sales, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive Innovation: Advocate for customer needs, contribute to product development, and keep up with the latest trends in technology.
• Support and Connect: Partner with third-party vendors and experts to complement Colt's capabilities and ensure clients receive the best solutions.

What we're looking for

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• You bring experience or interest in consultative selling, technical design, or project delivery.
