About the Role :

My client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth for their Building Management Systems (BMS) division in France. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for developing high-impact sales strategies, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge smart building solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the sales strategy for BMS solutions across France.

Lead and inspire a national sales team, driving performance and revenue growth.

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.

Oversee major sales negotiations, ensuring a consultative approach and customer-centric solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends, positioning my client as the partner of choice in sustainable and smart building technologies.

About You :

Proven track record in sales leadership within BMS, HVAC, or Smart Buildings sectors.

Strong understanding of energy management, automation, and digital building solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in driving go-to-market strategies and leading high-value sales.

Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
