Key Functions and Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager of Global Blue France within the Operations Department, you will work closely with our commercial, accounting, IT, and other central departments.

As a trusted point of contact, you will have the opportunity to showcase your organizational and interpersonal skills within a dynamic, committed, and supportive team.

This is a full-time, permanent position (CDI).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Support: Handle inquiries received via email and phone from our merchant clients regarding simple first-level issues (stores contracted with Global Blue for tax refund services in France) and manage complaints.
  2. Order Management: Oversee boutique equipment orders, including reviewing and prioritizing requests in the CRM system, preparing shipments (including Chronopost labeling).
  3. Back-Office Commercial Activities: Manage the integration of new clients into the back-office system, verify compliance of client documentation according to internal company policies and customs regulations, organize contracts, verify store addresses on client profiles, and manage returns.
  4. Systems Expertise: Primarily work within the Group’s back-office system and Salesforce CRM. Prior experience with back-office tools and CRM systems is required, along with the ability to learn and manage varied and complex configurations and activities.

Required Level and Type of Experience:

  1. Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3).
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of proven success in an administrative department.
  3. Languages: Native French and intermediate level in English.

This role involves working within a regulated environment, requiring the ability to learn and understand critical control points while strictly adhering to operating procedures and processes.

You are skilled at managing priorities and are meticulous, dynamic, and versatile, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer satisfaction-oriented mindset.

You have excellent verbal communication skills (fluent French is essential for handling calls) and strong writing abilities for responding to client emails.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

  1. IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel is required (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
  2. CRM Tools: Experience with Salesforce is an asset.

Compensation:

  1. Fixed salary: Up to €32,000.
  2. Bonus: 10% performance-based.
  3. Profit-sharing.
  4. Teleworking possible after validation of the trial period.
