We are looking for a Sales Account Manager France to join our Personal Care team.

This job will report to the Sales Manager Europe. This is a home-based role and can be located anywhere in France. It will require travelling (approx. 60%) to visit customers and to connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris.

What you'll do:

  • Visit customers across your territory (key accounts in France) to create opportunities and deploy necessary strategies and actions, both technical and commercial, to secure growth. Create and follow up a diversification program to secure activity through all our areas of expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams that will support and ensure your success.
  • Report in a timely manner on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services, and participate regularly in meetings to follow up your projects and needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master's Degree required in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years successful experience in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results, and managing multinational accounts.
  • A strategic approach to developing and winning business, being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
  • The drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
