The Role :

As a Sales Account Manager you will play a key role in expanding our commercial footprint in the region. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company’s go-to-market strategy. This role involves engaging directly with leading hospitals, medical professionals, and imaging centres while attending top-tier medical conferences.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will be part of a global sales team and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive outbound lead generation through events, emails, and social networks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new prospective clients in France.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our AI imaging business in France, in partnership with the BD Director.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior physicians, radiologists, and imaging centers.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to improving commercial processes.
  • Attend key medical conferences to connect with top clinicians and showcase our AI solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the AI medical imaging industry.
  • Strong track record in sales strategy, lead generation, and account management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch AI-driven solutions to medical professionals.
  • Advanced level of English and fluency in French.
  • Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within France (hospitals, conferences, client meetings).
  • Passion for precision medicine, AI, and cutting-edge healthcare innovation.
  • Adaptability to work in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
