We are looking for a Content Manager.

Mission:

The SN Content Manager is responsible for supporting the Content Director, Content Team, and creative agency to create outstanding content, strategies & breakthrough creatives on SN Brands. He/she oversees the day-to-day delivery of content for SN Global brands on several supports.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Strategy / Strategic Vision

Understand the communication & creative landscapes, key consumer insights to create cut-through digital communication/advertising on SN Brands, hand in hand with the Global Content Team and aligned with Brand Teams. Strategically and creatively lead the translation of the communication strategy into integrated brand campaigns & evergreen hand in hand with SN Brand Teams.

Impact on Business Results

Breakthrough content as part of integrated brand campaigns providing CBUs with assets to achieve their mandate to generate business impact and local engagement. Drive brand health metrics reflective of the Global brands' ability to address drivers and barriers.

Work hand in hand with Global D-Studio for Digital/Non-Digital Assets + External Creative Partners on AI, New Platforms anchored with all Global Brands (Dairy, Waters).

Ensure a ‘total team’ approach leveraging all creative resources to serve the business: Studio, Agencies, Internal & External Partnerships.

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Integrated Content Toolkits & Strategies: Campaigns to evergreen.
  • Management of SN Content Studio.
  • E-Commerce SN & SN E-Com Content Strategies from Basics to Advanced.
  • Aptamil, PKU, KETO, RMD, Adults Content Development & implementation with CBUs.

MAIN INTERACTION (SCOPE [local, BNL, Europe, Division, worldwide, etc & LEVEL])

Internal:

  • Global Brand teams SN & Regs
  • Integrated Brand Communication Team
  • Legal Teams & E-Commerce Teams

External:

  • External Creative Partners & Platforms

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree or equivalent / English fluent Mandatory
  • Minimum 8 years of Marketing experience in a relevant position

KEY METRICS (Mission critical performance indicators):

  • Brand Health Metrics
  • Campaign implementation rate of Global Brands initiatives in CBUs & land in CBUs
  • Social Media KPIs Global & Local
  • Activations & Innovative Creatives

INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience in delivering exciting, bold and engaging ideas and stories that translate into memorable content across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Exposed to creating inspiring informative briefings for partners as well as aligning with Regs/Legal Teams.
  • Skills in ensuring excellence in content production.
  • Understanding of how to achieve brand saliency and impact by deploying the right content, at the right time, in the right place from Global to Local.
  • Obsessed by trends, content creativity, editorial & visual expertise, strong agency knowledge + Social Mechanics & Insights.
