As a Sales rep for the Italian Market, you have the responsibility to turn a lead into a satisfied customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the clients’ specific needs, build transparent and trusting relationships, and guide them through the sales cycle to successfully close deals.

During this exciting journey, here are the tasks you will take on:

  1. Support clients (firm requests obtained via marketing or repeat customers) in finding solutions for their team retreat needs using the Naboo product and collection.
  2. Qualify leads provided by marketing or SDRs, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within client accounts.
  3. Suggest improvements to internal processes.
  4. Contribute to product development.
  5. Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.
  6. Train new team members.

The position does not involve cold calling.

  • Proficient in English or French (C1 level)
  • You have initial experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a start-up or scale-up.

Interview Process:

  1. First round: 15-min interview with Country Manager.
  2. Second round: 1-hour business case with France Sales Manager.
  3. Third round: speed dating (1:1 meeting with 4-5 persons randomly chosen for a culture fit).
