You manage the replenishment of all finished products, seasonal and carry over, to all our channels, with the trade-off of availability & risk of overstock, trying to optimize business also in case of scarcity.
How you will contribute

- Distribution: Translate a global vision into tactical projects
- Planning of Demand to facilitate prioritization for production on seasonal buy
- Warehouse capacity management: planning of outbound volumes from central warehouse to regions: budget and weekly review with the Group
- Stock replenishment to all channels, stock optimization between channels, stock mutualization when needed. Management of scarcity, on allocation and communication.
- Tool monitoring: adjustment, enhancements and developments, within SL and with the group.
- Close collaboration with regional Supply Chain Managers as coach and challenger.
- Store & country opening for the product flow
- Monthly Reporting
- KPI follow up & communication
- Capacity to jump between macro & micro topics.
You and your team are involved in many initiatives on continuous improvement / project:
- Challenge & Adjust rules on current replenishment tools / processes
- Collaborate with Merchandising on enhancements on Buying process
- Automatize tasks to gain productivity
- Stock mutualization between channels
- Representative for Distribution in all more global projects with involvement of Distribution.
DEPARTMENTS IN TOUCH WITH
The function is highly interacting with many departments of Saint Laurent: logistics, all merchandising functions, digital, supply planning, outlet team, customer service, but also with retail operations, IT, Data team. On top, Kering is also a key partner on replenishment tool and warehouse planning activities, and any type of transversal projects with group impact.

EXPERIENCE
- 10 years and more of supply chain experience, out of which a part in distribution / allocation management.
- Knowledge of luxury / fashion industry
- Fluent in English and French as a must, Italian as a plus

- Solid experience in management
