Purpose

Within the Industrial Operations & Services organization, the Strategy & Transformation division is defining the strategy of SET Idemia Operations and leading the transformation projects to reach it.

Part of a team of five experienced engineers, the main role of the Industrial Strategy Officer is to lead strategic transformation studies and support Budget & Mid-Term plan elaboration.

Key Missions

Responsibilities:

• Supports 3-year strategy definition for the Industrial Operations & Services organization.
• Supports budget definition for the Industrial Operations & Services organization.
• Conducts Ad Hoc specific strategic studies and elaborates strategic recommendations, e.g. M&A, Industrial Footprint optimization, factory reconfiguration, strategic project framing, etc.
• Identifies investment and divestment opportunities.
• Interacts with N+2 across the organization on strategic topics.
• Prepares C-Level presentations under guidance.
• Structures complex topics to ease arbitration.
• Drives a workstream autonomously within a global strategic project.

Requirements:

• Education: engineering degree (Ecole Polytechnique, CentraleSupelec, Mines Paris PSL).
• Experience in industry will be an asset.
• Language: English is mandatory.
• Industrial operations know-how, familiar with the mass production industry.
• Understanding of the financial part of business will be useful.
• Analytic mindset and proactive attitude.
