Support the preparation and presentation of performance reviews, focusing on actionable insights and recommendations.
Hotel Relations
Act as the primary point of contact for revenue management and distribution-related inquiries from hotels within the portfolio.
Provide strategic support to hotel teams, aligning revenue strategies and optimizing performance.
Foster strong relationships with hotel teams to drive revenue growth and distribution efficiency.
Ensure that all local RM strategies are consistent with Orien Express’s broader commercial vision and goals.
Process Optimization
Streamline processes and develop standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency across hotels and regions.
Write and implement best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness in revenue management and distribution strategies.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Revenue Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles and distribution channels.
Proficient in data analytics with the ability to extract and present actionable insights.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
