☆ WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will lead data-driven marketing strategies, optimize the customer lifecycle, and manage funnel performance. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating closely with the Head of Events, Head of Content, and the Revenue team, you will oversee marketing systems, analytics, and operations to help drive and measure revenue growth and efficiency.

HubSpot Management, B2B Campaign Management & Operations:
  1. Oversee HubSpot to ensure data accuracy across contacts, companies, and deals, and maintain organized lists and workflows.
  2. Audit workflows, emails, and platform connectivity, ensuring seamless functionality across campaigns.
  3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for the Revenue team.
  4. Evaluate new HubSpot features and integrated platforms to enhance internal user experience and streamline / optimize the marketing funnel.
  5. Organize and optimize email campaigns, collaborating with the Head of Content to align on best practices for engagement along with necessary segmentation to enhance performance of email marketing.
  6. Regularly review performance metrics to refine email strategies and improve CTR and open rates.

Funnel & Lifecycle Management:
  1. Track and analyze contacts through the marketing funnel, maintaining updated reports on customer lifecycle.
  2. Send regular funnel updates and insights to revenue teams and leadership team.
  3. Propose and evaluate new tools or processes to improve existing funnel.

Attribution, Analytics & Reporting:
  1. Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot and attribution models, troubleshooting scoring models as necessary.
  2. Conduct in-depth analyses to improve lead quality and tracking.
  3. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, turning metrics into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  4. Track leads from marketing channels, sharing relevant insights with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams.
  5. Oversee Attribution Scoring Model report to demonstrate ROI on Marketing activities.
  6. Closely collaborate with the Revenue team to enhance their reporting and analytics tool.

Webinar & Event Operations:
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Events and Head of Content to manage end-to-end webinar and event logistics, including campaign setup, landing pages, and promotions.
  2. Update post-event reports, share performance insights with the team, and contribute to recap communications.

Partnership & Integrations Management:
  1. Oversee partnership platform, managing partner data in HubSpot and ensuring smooth tool integration.
  2. Conduct regular syncs with partners to align opportunities and drive collaboration with Business Development teams.
  3. Monitor tool adoption, promoting its value internally and reporting key insights to the VP of Marketing.

☆ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join the Marketing team at Adikteev if you have:
  1. 3-5 years experience in Business intelligence or revenue operations with a strong focus on data-driven insights.
  2. Proven expertise in HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills, including experience with funnel and lifecycle reporting.
  4. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
  5. Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior leaders.
  6. Good command of English (C1).
