Mission:

As Revenue Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Global Lead for Go-to-Market Strategy, a member of Sidetrade’s Comex team. In this high-visibility role, you will operate at the core of Sidetrade’s global Go-to-Market strategy and execution. You will lead the transformation of revenue operations to enable cross-functional alignment, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making for Sidetrade’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

This is a critical role for ensuring predictable and scalable revenue growth while supporting Sidetrade’s ambition to revolutionize the O2C space with cutting-edge AI solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Work closely with the Global Go-to-Market Strategy Lead to define, implement, and continuously refine Sidetrade’s revenue operations strategy.
  2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals and execution plans.
  3. Act as a central point of coordination across Sidetrade’s global go-to-market initiatives, ensuring cohesion and efficiency.
  4. Design and enhance end-to-end workflows across lead generation, pipeline management, and customer success processes.
  5. Establish a scalable framework for operational excellence, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies to improve team performance.
  6. Leverage Sidetrade’s proprietary data lake and AI insights to deliver actionable performance benchmarks and predictive analytics for revenue teams.
  7. Create and manage dashboards to monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  8. Support strategic planning with robust data analysis and forecasting models.
  9. Own and optimize Sidetrade’s revenue technology stack, including Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  10. Evaluate and implement new tools to support scale and improve operational efficiency.
  11. Act as a strategic partner to revenue team leaders, and Sales Enablement team driving adoption of best practices across teams.
  12. Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment to ensure all teams work toward shared revenue goals.
  13. Alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams around shared metrics and goals.
  14. Reliable and actionable insights delivered to leadership, driving informed decision-making.
  15. Streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and scalability across go-to-market initiatives.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within a SaaS environment.
  2. Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce required) and marketing automation platforms.
  3. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  4. Proven ability to optimize workflows and implement cross-functional processes.
  5. Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their applications in revenue operations.
  6. Background in O2C, FinTech, or similar industries.
  7. Experience supporting global teams and working in a matrix organization.
  8. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans.
  9. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  10. A proactive, hands-on attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
