Retention Agent (French Speaker), Rhône

Investment firm based in sunny Cyprus. This role offers accommodation and relocation support.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Client Engagement and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication (via phone, email, or chat).
• Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them about trading platforms, market opportunities, and company products.
• Retention and Re-engagement
• Proactively contact inactive clients to re-engage them and encourage trading activity.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, products, or account upgrades that align with client goals.

Ideal Profile

• Sales professional with at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a retention role within Forex.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• You are fluent/native in English or French.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
