Retention Agent (French Speaker), Paris

Investment firm based in sunny Cyprus. This role offers accommodation and relocation support.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication (via phone, email, or chat).
3. Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them about trading platforms, market opportunities, and company products.
5. Retention and Re-engagement
6. Proactively contact inactive clients to re-engage them and encourage trading activity.
7. Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, products, or account upgrades that align with client goals.

Ideal Profile

1. Sales professional with at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a retention role within Forex.
2. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
3. You are fluent/native in English or French.
4. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
5. You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
