Are you a good match?
You have at least 10 years' experience in project management, ideally in a Luxury or Hospitality environment.
You have had successful experience in Retail.
You are client-centric and fluent in English.
You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
You are familiar with building complete training programs, from start to end, using your creativity to produce impactful content.
What are our expectations?
As part of the Retail Department and reporting into the Retail Expertise Manager, you will be responsible for the development of training programs designed specifically for Managers, to guarantee the level of retail excellence in line with the Maison Retail strategy and business development.
You will play a pivotal role as a business partner for our training community: creating training paths and training contents for onboarding and upskilling our audiences, as well as discussing with our regions to identify training needs.
In a context of strong growth, you will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders within the Maison or within the Richemont group. You will also be a key actor in accompanying local trainers.
