Availability and international mobility for a period of 6 to 12 months.

Certifications:

Diploma in international travel industry / catering preferred.

Ability in the language:

English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, or French).

Experience:

Experience in management and/or organization.

Contract type:

12 months contract.

Package:

Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.

We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

You will:

  • Put forward the catering service by creating a personalized relationship with clients (quality of the welcome and the service in the restaurant).
  • Organize and coordinate your team members by giving them seasonal goals as well as supervising their attitude and working behavior based on Club Med standards.
  • Participate in optimizing your service budgets by handling expenses and improving profitability so your service will be able to become a profit source.
  • Make the restaurant warm and friendly; decorate the restaurant according to evening themes.
  • Assure the development of your team members.
  • Ensure the respect of Club Med’s standards and the application of hygiene and safety procedures.
