Position Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring students' educational success and satisfaction with their English course through excellent teaching and customer service via key performance indicators.

You will lead a highly qualified, service-oriented team of teachers and customer service staff. Leadership tasks include budget control, quality control, and day-to-day running of center service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Staff selection, training, observation, evaluation, motivation, and professional development.
  2. Teaching classes.
  3. Playing an important role in the growth and development of the center in conjunction with the Center Director.

Minimum Requirements

  • CELTA or equivalent.
  • Two years of teaching experience.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Intercultural skills.
  • Management skills.

Rémunération: 27,000.00€ à 30,000.00€ par an
