DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France (2000 employees), a world leader in logistics, is recruiting a Marketing and Communication Manager for its head office in La Plaine Saint Denis (93).

As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Group's marketing and communications strategy. You will play a key role in improving brand visibility, customer engagement and developing commercial opportunities.

Your responsibilities

Marketing

1. Implement the global marketing strategy to promote the company's services and products
2. Design and execute communications campaigns (digital and offline) to build brand awareness
3. Oversee the creation of content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases and social networks
4. Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results and business objectives
5. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
6. Organise and participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences
7. Maintain a competitive intelligence function and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities
8. Maintain and develop relationships with the media and other key stakeholders
9. Monitor competition and market trends to identify new opportunities

Internal Communication

1. Run internal communication networks: DHL TV broadcast in all logistics warehouses (information campaign in France and the Group and all annual events: employee of the year, etc.)
2. Add regular content to SMART CONNECT (internal social network on mobile phones) by organizing internal challenges.
3. Organize internal events (seminars, meetings, etc.)
4. Provide support to site managers for visual branding

Workplace: La Plaine Saint Denis (93) with travel in France (20%) - Teleworking 3 days a week

Your profile

With a 5-year degree in Communications and/or Marketing, and at least 8 years' professional experience in the logistics or industry sector, you're ready to take on new challenges.

You have an excellent command of digital and traditional marketing tools and techniques.

You have solid project management skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
