Responsable Maintenance / Maintenance Superintendent H / F

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop Maintenance Philosophy :
   • Design a comprehensive maintenance philosophy aligned with petrochemical industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives.
   • Define the scope of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, routine and non-routine.
   • Evaluate the requirements in terms of subcontracting, means, major tools, storage requirements.
   • Evaluate the turnover requirements.
2. Prepare Maintenance Procedures :
   • Create and document detailed maintenance procedures for critical equipment and systems, based on his / her experience and knowledge of similar site and process.
   • Ensure that procedures comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards as well as the local law and regulation.
3. Maintenance Dimensioning, Planning & Scheduling :
   • Collaborate with Maintenance and Inspection engineering team, operations preparation team, and the procurement team to estimate the annual maintenance budget.
4. Maintenance Review :
   • Review and comment on all the design and engineering documents to ensure the maintainability of the plant.

Educational Background :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.
• Additional certifications in reliability or maintenance management are a plus.

Experience :

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a superintendent for an Oil & Gas / petrochemical site, with PDH / PP process. Knowledge in UOP and Lyondelbasel process is a plus.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of maintenance philosophies, reliability engineering, and asset management principles.
• Knowledge of CMMS tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations for maintenance and safety (e.g., API, ISO).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.

Location :

• The position is based in France during the preparation phase (about 2 years) with regular visits to Turkey.
• The position will move to site (in Turkey) once the mobilization starts.
