Senior Medical Writer - Expert in Pharmacovigilance

Are you passionate about creating high-quality, impactful medical writing while working with cutting-edge technology?

Join Yseop as a Medical Writer - Expert in PV, where you'll play a key role in configuring and validating our AI-driven solutions.

Your responsibilities will be :

• Document Configuration: Configure Yseop’s solutions to generate high-quality medical writing documents aligned with client and regulatory guidelines.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on healthcare trends, pharmaceutical practices, and regulatory requirements affecting medical writing.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Partner with external customers’ Medical Writers, providing guidance during workshops and meetings; Work closely with Project Managers, Clinical Data Analysts, and Product Managers to prepare and present Yseop’s GenAI Platform demos.
• Training & Mentorship: Mentor Yseop team members on general medical writing practices and document preparation.
• Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of Yseop’s products to support Product specification work.
• Validation Tasks: Validate source text and transformed texts generated through LLMs based on predefined criteria; Validate data-to-text specifications, including output text and source alignment; Validate document configurations with customer-provided data.
• UX / UI Collaboration: Review UX / UI roadmaps and prototypes, providing insights to enhance usability and effectiveness.
• Expertise in medical writing, PV documents.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or data-to-text technologies is a plus.
• Strong editing and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
