Responsable des Opérations

As Operations Manager you are responsible for the division Gas measurement within EWS Group. This division makes sure that sea containers are analysed for harmful substances, so that the people who unload these containers can do so safely. You manage .. fte and with your skills you know how to get the best out of them.

Priorities : efficiently and effectively structuring the operational organisation and processes within EWS Gas measurement. You draw up the goals for short and long term improvement and you take care of the implementation of the operational business plan. These are your activities as Operations Manager :

Operationally managing .. gas measurement experts of the division Gas measurement;

1. Making sure that the work is done (costs) efficiently and working together with other disciplines of EWS;
2. Drawing up and implementing long term goals;
3. Having assessment and progress interviews;
4. Advising and visiting clients (we are customer-focused!).

You are a decisive Operations Manager and you have experience with structuring an organisation (part) more efficient and effective. Every day, you come across new things that can be done better or differently. This keeps you sharp and you like doing it :

1. Broad experience as regional manager, operations manager or warehouse manager;
2. Your communication is clear and you know how to inspire and motivate people;
3. Bachelor’s degree in the field of logistics, transport, chemistry or something similar;
