Job Title: Information Systems Security Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and introduce the information system security policy, ensuring proper application.
2. Act as data protection officer, ensuring compliance with personal data protection legislation.

Scope of Activities:

• Raise awareness of, and provide training on, security issues, with particular emphasis on drafting and circulating the IS security charter.
• Define the IS security policy, setting security norms and standards.
• Provide technical validation of security tools and the security of new applications.
• Lead the company's vulnerability control audits.
• Assess risks, threats, and consequences to prepare the prevention plan.
• Take immediate precautionary measures in response to any incident.
• Prepare and implement an Information Systems continuity plan.
• Prepare and implement an Information Systems recovery plan.
• Implement necessary problem-solving measures.
• Implement a system to monitor regulatory and technical trends.
• Advise the employer and act as the interface with the CNIL (French data protection agency).
• Ensure effective application of data protection rules.
• Conduct data impact and risk analyses.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare and introduce personal data usage good practices, ensuring proper application.
• Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel.
• Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.).
• Support QSE maturity development in your sector.

Experience Required: 10-15 years’ experience
