Job Responsibilities
- Ensure client relations: maintain the existing client portfolio and secure the loyalty of new clients during business projects.
- Expand your client portfolio.
- Propose and negotiate technical and economic variants.
- Represent the company within the limits of your delegated powers.
- Help establish technical/commercial bids (for small, local business projects). Contractual management component.
- Become familiar with all technical and administrative contractual documents and service limits.
- Manage the contract: monitoring of contractual deadlines, issuing of formalized reservations, traceability of events.
- Ensure compliance with security rules in the scope of your delegated powers.
- Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
- Prepare and implement the QHSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
- Coordinate the steps in the life of the business project (studies, purchases, reviews and acceptance) in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Guarantee and manage the execution of one or more business projects in their entirety in compliance with requirements in terms of ethical rules, security, cost, quality, and lead times.
- Determine the implementation budget in agreement with your superiors: labor, purchasing, miscellaneous costs, equipment, subcontracting, studies, margin, etc.
- Establish the schedules and manage the building site’s productivity targets.
- Organize and schedule the technical and human resources.
- Oversee the execution of the works with the building site’s management team.
- Ensure management of the teams.
- Ensure monthly reporting: direct costs, revenues, margin against the targets set.
- Estimate the cost of additional and complementary works.
- Issue invoicing requests and monitor remittances to optimize the cash position.
- Help to establish estimated budgets within your scope.

Required Level of Education: 2-5 years of higher education
