Server Gelato Artist

In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 3-4 photographers.

As a sales photographer, you will be the first point of contact for guests within the park Les Landes de Gascogne. The primary objective is to sell unforgettable moments to guests of Center Parcs in France by capturing professional and high-quality photos at various locations within the resort.

One of the important tasks is to provide high-quality photos and ensure the good functionality of the equipment. You will be taking pictures for our guests at different areas of the resort, including Aqua Mondo, Roaming, Activities & Holiday Season Enhancements.

You will also monitor the equipment in the park to ensure it is correctly positioned, functioning, and clean by doing daily walkthroughs on the sites. You are responsible for the setup and operation of tripods, flashes, and camera equipment. Additionally, you will assist guests at the Photo Kiosk to drive sales.

This role focuses on increasing sales, improving guest satisfaction, and enhancing the overall guest experience. You prioritize customer satisfaction in your actions and actively seek contact with guests.

As a team, you will ensure that the workplace is operational on time, providing successful souvenirs and unforgettable memories to guests, while also being responsible for the Photo Desk. Every team member will follow strict guidelines about the number of photos and sessions taken and communicate effectively with the CenterParcs, TapeMyDay, and GDO teams. You will collaborate with different departments within your site and head office to meet customer goals.

You can expect an attractive salary. We are affiliated with the collective labor agreement, including salary scales, and this position is classified starting at code 165, with a corresponding salary ranging from 1.823 to 2.000 euros.

What qualifications do you bring?

1. Experience in Retail or leisure entertainment, preferably in the photo souvenir industry.
2. Customer focus, tactical, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently, taking initiative and responsibility.
4. Ideally, some knowledge of DSLR cameras and Canon Products; photoprinter knowledge is a plus.
5. Willing to partake in continuous training throughout the duration of the contract.
6. Flexible with schedules and tasks, including holidays and weekends.
7. Fluent in French (B2-C1) and English (B1-B2).
8. Possession of a driver's license type B.
9. Full availability for the duration of a full-time contract (35H).
10. Please note that all of our sites include water park photo operations and pools may contain chlorine.
