Remote Translation Project Manager (Latam-based)

Supporting over 200 languages, we proudly serve clients in both the public and private sectors across the U.S. and internationally.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage translation projects end-to-end
2. Liaise with translators, reviewers, designers, and quality assurance professionals
3. Ensure projects meet all requirements and quality standards
4. Accurately interpret and manage the flow of discussions without taking over or having side conversations

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of professional project management experience
2. Native-level Spanish and C1 level in English, both written and oral
3. Translation and proofreading experience
4. Experience with CAT tools
5. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
6. Ability to drive innovation in all processes
7. A background in Translation/Translation Studies is ideal

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, USA.
