About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and guiding the development team in creating a cutting-edge web application. You should have a solid background in full stack development, especially with Node.js + Vue.js. Additionally, experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the technical team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to foster skill development and professional growth.
2. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.
3. Delegate tasks and assignments to team members, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze users’ needs and define project requirements.
5. Make informed decisions on software architecture and technical design to create scalable and efficient solutions.
6. Champion Agile or Scrum methodologies to drive efficient project management and effective communication within the team.
7. Drive continuous improvement in software testing practices and implement robust testing strategies to ensure product quality.
8. Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges and bottlenecks that arise during development.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on the product and team.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Node.js Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Node.js projects.
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue components, Vue Router, Vuex, and reactivity concepts.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar role.
4. Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a demonstrated ability to architect, deploy, and manage scalable applications on these platforms.
5. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker for efficient application deployment.
6. In-depth knowledge of Linux environments.
7. Experience with version control system Git, and collaborative development workflows.
8. Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.
9. Experience in software architecture design and implementation.
10. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
11. Excellent problem-solving and solid coding skills.
12. Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
13. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
