We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) Specialist – Signals Notebook to join our client’s team. Who Will You Work With:

Our client is a leading player in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, utilizing cutting-edge technologies for R&D. You will be part of the Experiment Design and Execution (EDE) team, which focuses on implementing advanced digital solutions for research and development labs.

About the Role:

As an ELN Specialist – Signals Notebook, you will collaborate with the Agile EDE team on the ongoing implementation of Signals Notebook (SNB) in R&D labs. Your role involves configuring the SNB system during product sprints, ensuring that the team’s objectives are met efficiently. In addition to technical work, you will contribute to knowledge transfer and internal training, helping to upskill other technical analysts on SNB configurations.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates located across Europe. The project duration is 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the EDE team, contributing to the Agile implementation of Signals Notebook (SNB) in R&D labs.
• Configure and customize SNB during product sprints.
• Support internal knowledge transfer by training technical analysts on SNB configurations and related technologies.
• Collaborate with the team on ongoing projects while adhering to Agile methodologies.
• Engage in knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities around ELN systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Riffyn Signals Notebook (SNB) technology.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Complementary experience with data workflow tools and scripting languages like R and Python is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with ELN systems in the context of R&D is desirable.
