OPmobility's Corporate Communication - Press Relations and Social Networks department, under the supervision of the Director, is responsible for developing and executing the company's media and e-media communications strategy. Within this team, the press relations and social networks manager plays a key role, managing press relations as well as part of social networks and e-reputation monitoring. He or she is also responsible for the management's speeches, ensuring that the Group's messages are consistent and aligned with OPmobility's strategic objectives.

The position is based at OPmobility's headquarters in Levallois-Perret. Travel within France and internationally is to be expected. Reporting to the Group's Director of Press Relations and Social Media, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing relationships with French and international journalists,
  2. Participating in the animation of the Group's and its executives' social media (notably LinkedIn),
  3. Contributing to the implementation of the most appropriate media and social media response strategy in crisis situations,
  4. Contributing to the drafting of the Group's arguments, in collaboration with business experts and support functions,
  5. Contributing to the daily management of the department's activities: managing and qualifying incoming media requests, operational organization of press operations (travel, meetings with journalists, etc.), identifying topics of interest for media promotion,
  6. Monitoring and updating the company's press relations tools: database of interviews, journalists, press releases, argument sheets, etc.
  7. Contributing to the monitoring and updating of the company's social media tools,
  8. Cooperating constructively and effectively with the group's media and social media agency,
  9. Preparing and supervising the budgets of the Group's initiatives, ensuring the delivery of projects within the allotted time and budget.

Profile

  1. Higher education degree (University or Business School / Political Science, Dauphine, CELSA or journalism, etc.)
  2. At least 5 years of professional experience in a press service, consulting firm or communication agency, or experience as a journalist.
  3. Good knowledge and strong interest in French and international economic media.
  4. Good knowledge and strong interest in corporate communication and executive communication on social media.
  5. Excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English.
  6. Curiosity, interest in current events, agility, responsiveness, and proactivity.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills, multicultural experience, and team spirit.
